We are back in North America! Woot Woot. It's been wonderfully weird. We had a 6 hour layover in Chicago where we got our first real glance back into our society and we were in shock at all the shapes, sizes and accents. Now that we've been home for almost a week my body is remembering that all these things are familiar but my mind is still telling me there is something really strange about it all.
We had a really great first week back! We spent the first few days with my family hanging out and getting things like car insurance and bank stuff done. We spent a day with Josh's family then headed to Murfreesboro to spend the weekend with our best friends Anna and Stephen. We had an absolute blast catching up with them! On top of us eating all their food and using all their stuff, they threw us a coming home party where we got to catch up with a lot of old friends that lasted until 6 am. They are the greatest friends ever and some of the only people that have stuck with us through thick and thin. I'm so thankful that our first week back in the U.S. was filled with such awesomeness! And I can't wait for next week when we head up to MA for a little vacation/birthday action!
